Refund Policy

All request for refunds will be processed within 30 days following the program. Fees, courses, and program content are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing before the event start date. No cancellation fee for cancellations received more than two weeks out. A non-refundable service charge of $200 for cancellations received from two to four weeks out. This fee will be waived if another training program is purchased at time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for cancellations received two weeks our of less.

If we cancel the program, you will be notified by email and all monies will be refunded.
